Our History
The first meeting of Surety Community Church was held on June 10, 2012 at 321 S.W. C Street Richmond Indiana, with 26 in attendance. SCC was blessed by God with a bigger facility in 2015 located at 131 South 18th Street Richmond Indiana. This facility has provided the congregation with the ability to serve the community. It has been our vision from the start to serve the Lord by showing His love through serving others.
Rodney Anderson was called by God to lead the congregation of Surety Community Church as the senior Pastor.
Surety Community Church was organized to honor God through the Lord Jesus Christ according to the dictates of our hearts, witnessing to and endeavoring to win the lost and by ministering to the needy in Jesus’ name.

Our Strategy
At Surety Community Church we believe that God gave the Church a simple but yet daunting challenge, “To go into all the world and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.” The greatest need of those around us is the need of salvation. Each person needs a relationship with Christ, one that is growing and maturing. Through the avenues of Biblical preaching, evangelism, missions, involvement, home groups, exciting worship services, children’s and youth ministries and fellowship we seek to fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations.
