Rodney was born and raised in Milton, Indiana and is the founding pastor of Surety Community Church. He earned a B.A. in Religion from Liberty University and a M.Div. in Pastoral Ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a Certified Prepare/Enrich Marriage Facilitator. He resides with his wife Diana in Richmond Indiana.
